St. Barnabas is taking its first steps to toward become a faith community that aims to practise a nut free policy.

Although we recognize that this cannot be guaranteed,  our hope is to reduce the risk to those children and adults among us who may suffer an anaphylactic re-action if exposed to nuts to which they are sensitive.

Our overall goal is to protect all those in our midst who may have allergies to nuts, bearing in mind that the spectrum of reactions may include life threatening circumstances.

Please see me if you have any questions.

Peace,  Fran├žois.
